Job summary

Candidates should possess a Matric with Mathematics, ideally a Diploma or Degree, and have at least 3 years of relevant customer service experience. Strong computer skills in Excel and SAP are essential, alongside excellent planning, organizational abilities, and attention to detail. This role involves communication with the Distribution team and ensuring customer satisfaction through meticulous order management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in Customer Service or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain outstanding customer service and excellent relations.
• Capture and load orders from customers via telephone or email.
• Manage customer back-orders and update all relevant parties.
• Administer and maintain all documents pertaining to customer orders.
• Co-ordinate delivery requirements with the Distribution team.
• Ensure deliveries satisfy customer requirements.
• Provide customers with required reports.
• Prepare Price Increase Letters.
• Update and ensure customer information in SAP is correct.
