Durpro Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to support new business development, customer relations, and efficient order management with strong stock control.

The role requires Matric, a relevant supply chain qualification, SAP R3 experience, Incoterms and forex knowledge, MS Office skills, and 2–3 years of related experience. Opportunities exist to improve processes and vendor collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Maintain customer and vendor information.
• Process SAP steps: sales order, purchase order, inbound, outbound, invoicing.
• Capitalize forward exchange contracts timely.
• Capture, reconcile and process creditor payments.
• Communicate with export country regularly.
• Process customer purchase orders daily and send to vendors.
• Maintain SAP data accurately.
• Clear supplier invoices and ensure correct accounting.
• Maintain cost control and target GP.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Handle RFQ, quotations and order management.

We are currently seeking an experienced and suitably qualified Supply Chain Coordinator to assist in the develop new business opportunities, ensure excellent customer relations, order management, stock control, query resolution in a cost-efficient manner within company guidelines.

Experiential and Educational requirements

• Matric

• Relevant tertiary supply chain qualification

• Intermediate computer literacy (Microsoft Office)

• SAP R3 experience essential

• Incoterms & Forex Knowledge

• 2-3 Years relevant experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintenance of Customer and vendor information

• SAP processing - all steps from capturing sales order, purchase order, inbound, Miro, zvso, outbound & invoicing (ensure invoicing is correct first time)

• Timeous capturing and booking of forward exchange contracts

• Ensuring creditor payments are captured, reconciled, and processed timeously

• Communication with export country regularly

• Daily processing of customer purchase orders and submission of purchase orders to vendors

• SAP data maintenance

• Complete clearing instructions for supplier invoices

• Sale in line within budget

• Cost management overall cost of purchasing

• Customer relationship management (communication, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective partnership

• Handle process from request for quotation, preparation of our quotation and order management

• Complete special projects and miscellaneous assignments

• Understanding customer business environment and needs

• Seeking potential customers for new business aligned with department strategy

• Frequent customer visit

• Effective & timeous email correspondence to customer and supplier

• Respond to queries timeously and close off open items

• Order expediting

• Basic machine and parts products knowledge (advantage)

• Ensure customer payment received on time

• Always ensure positive GP

• Manage Net working capital

• Kaizen Implementation

• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth process flow of all business processes

• Training related to current job function
