Job summary

Recruit-It is seeking an Internal Account Manager in Centurion to serve as the primary operational contact for assigned channel partners. You will ensure professional, timely communication and manage inquiries under a strict two-hour SLA.

You will prepare pricing quotations, handle orders end-to-end, update partners on delivery timelines, and maintain accurate CRM records for partner opportunities and pipeline status.

Qualifications

• Matric.
• 2+ years of experience in account management, sales support, or a similar role.
• Experience in IT distribution, channel sales, or vendor management is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Cyber Security vendor products and processes.
• Experience working with SAP is advantageous.
• Listening and understanding.
• Attention to detail is a key requirement.
