Qualifications

• Matriculation certificate or equivalent qualification.
• RE5 or related insurance certifications advantageous.
• At least 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in insurance.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of insurance principles and products.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable servicing clients in Free State region.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect and generate new leads via networking, cold calling, referrals.
• Build long-term client relationships and tailor insurance solutions.
• Present and sell life, health, and short-term insurance.
• Conduct needs analysis and recommend coverage.
• Prepare quotes and proposals, explaining policy details clearly.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, competitors.
• Manage client portfolios and ensure retention with excellent service.
