Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within insurance or fintech.
• Experience meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the insurance industry and its segments.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
