Placements24 is seeking an energetic Insurance Sales Consultant for our Bloemfontein team in the Free State. You will engage potential customers by phone and online channels to provide quotes, explain policy options, and close sales across various insurance products.

The role emphasizes customer-centric communication, meeting monthly targets, and using CRM tools to track activity. A background in insurance sales and regulatory exams (e.g., RE5) are beneficial, with full-time office work required.

• Experience in sales, customer service or related field.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and persuasion skills.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective customers via phone, email, and online chat.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products and coverage options.
• Explain policy details, benefits, exclusions, and pricing clearly to customers.
• Guide customers through the application process and ensure accurate documentation.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and regulations.
• Record all sales activities in the CRM system.
