Job summary

TIH in Durban is seeking an experienced Learning and Development professional to design, deliver and evaluate training programmes across the organisation. You will facilitate sessions, adapt methods to learner needs and ensure outcomes align with business objectives.

Qualifications

Minimum qualification: degree or diploma in a relevant field.
ETDP/education and training development practices accreditation preferred.
Accredited moderator and assessor are advantageous.
Experience with leadership development programmes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Deliver face-to-face or virtual learning sessions and adapt to participants’ needs.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure learning is delivered appropriately.
Design sessions to meet curriculum needs and develop high-quality training resources.
Lead end-to-end leadership development initiatives and evaluate outcomes.
Analyse performance data to identify learning gaps and priorities.
