Job summary

Discovery Limited is seeking an experienced Learning and Development professional in Sandton to design and develop training programs for new products and systems. You will collaborate with SMEs to create engaging content across generic, systems and product materials and deliver online modules via Aspire and related tools.

The role includes conducting business unit inductions, ongoing learning sessions, coaching, and evaluating training outcomes.

Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience working with the Discovery Life products.
• ETDP Diploma or Train the Trainer certification advantageous.
• Experience or knowledge in E-learning software development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning programs for new products, systems and needs identified through analysis.
• Create engaging learning material, including generic, systems and product content.
• Deliver online learning programs through Aspire and other tools.
• Conduct inductions and regular learning sessions for employees.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust delivery methods.
