Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales goals and expand customer base.
• Identify new market opportunities, potential clients, and strategic partnerships within the insurance industry.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders.
• Present and sell the company's insurance solutions effectively to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to achieve long-term partnerships.
• Understand client needs and tailor insurance solutions accordingly.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with underwriting, marketing, and product development to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of solutions.
