The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record in corporate insurance (Property, Liability, Marine, D&O), strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a hybrid environment with regional travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in business development or sales in corporate insurance.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
• Knowledge of corporate insurance products (Property, Liability, Marine, D&O).
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the corporate insurance market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective client companies.
• Conduct needs analyses to understand client requirements and risks.
• Develop and present customized insurance proposals and solutions.
• Negotiate contract terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting corporate insurance.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
• Provide market feedback to internal teams to inform product development and strategy.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and business development objectives.
