Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Client Relationship Manager for Upington to build and maintain strong partnerships with clients in the insurance sector. You will focus on understanding client needs, ensuring satisfaction with our products, and identifying opportunities for growth.

You will be the primary contact for key accounts, providing tailored support and strategic advice to foster client retention and loyalty in the Northern Cape.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client relationship management or account management.
• Strong understanding of insurance products and ability to explain terms clearly.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Proactive problem-solving with a customer-focused approach.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities
