Job summary

Tiger Brands is seeking a Customer Marketing Analyst in Gauteng to support the customer marketing team with data-driven insights that strengthen commercial propositions. You will work with EPOS datasets, review sales in and out, and help validate category management recommendations to customers while spotting opportunities for revenue growth.

You will collaborate with teams to monitor shopper plans, develop tools for data sharing, and present findings to trade partners during Joint Business

Qualifications

• Experience with EPOS datasets and sales data interpretation.
• Understanding of category management and customer marketing principles.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for growth.

Responsibilities

• Gather, cleanse, and integrate EPOS data to generate actionable insights for customer marketing managers.
• Analyze external sources (Nielsen, Dunnhumby) to identify opportunities for shopper marketing and category management improvements.
• Interpret ranging reports and provide recommendations to support channel and portfolio strategy alignment.
• Review merchandising standards across channels to spot opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor shopper plan implementations to ensure activation excellence within the team.
• Present measurements and analyses to trade customers during Joint Business Planning or meetings.
• Develop tools and processes to help customer teams share and use data effectively.
