Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in data analysis, BI, or strategic insights, ideally in retail.
• Strong SQL and data visualization skills.
• Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer and transactional data to uncover actionable insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools.
• Partner with departments to align customer intelligence with strategic goals.
