This in-office role based in our Nelspruit branch focuses on filling roles from Boilermakers to Plant Managers with a hands-on approach and strong client collaboration.

You will manage full recruitment lifecycle, build candidate pools, and maintain ATS records while delivering high-quality

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations or HR.
• At least 4 years in recruitment within industrial, manufacturing, mining, or engineering sectors.
• Experience recruiting Boilermakers, Electricians, Fitters, Welders, Plant Managers, Process/Mining Engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for industrial, manufacturing, mining, and engineering roles.
• Source candidates through industry channels and networks.
• Screen interviews to assess technical aptitude, experience, and safety.
• Build relationships with key industrial clients.
• Ensure health and safety compliance in hiring.
• Maintain database of qualified candidates in specialized fields.
• Provide market salary benchmarks and talent availability.
• Hit placement targets for assigned roles.
