Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably mining or resources.
• Solid knowledge of mining disciplines, geoscience, and site operations.
• Proven ability to assess technical candidates and present fit-to-role insights.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for technical mining roles.
• Source and attract engineers, geologists, surveyors, and site staff.
