Placements24 is seeking a proactive Recruitment Consultant to focus on Industrial and Technical roles within the Nelspruit area. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong relationships with clients and candidates in manufacturing, operations, and infrastructure sectors.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of recruitment experience with Industrial/Technical specialization, and a good understanding of manufacturing processes and safety standards relevant to these

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for industrial and technical positions, such as technicians, engineers, plant managers, and skilled trades.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients in the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
• Understand the technical requirements and safety standards pertinent to these roles.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficient and effective placements.
• Utilize specialized sourcing channels and networks to attract relevant talent.
• Provide clients with market insights on availability and compensation for technical roles.
