Placements24 is seeking an Industrial Recruitment Consultant to service the industrial and manufacturing sectors from its Vereeniging office. You will source, screen and place skilled and semi-skilled staff across factory floors, with a strong emphasis on client service and candidate engagement.

You will build relationships with local businesses, understand safety and operational needs, and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, in a fast-paced market.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years in recruitment with a focus on industrial or manufacturing placements.
• Proven track record sourcing and placing skilled and semi-skilled industrial personnel.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment databases.
• Full-time role based in Vereeniging office.

Responsabilidades

• Manage recruitment for industrial roles including artisans, technicians, operators, supervisors, and production managers.
• Source candidates via job postings, networks, referrals and direct sourcing.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience and fit for industrial settings.
• Build strong client relationships in Gauteng’s industrial sector.
• Understand operational requirements and safety standards of clients.
• Facilitate offer negotiations and onboarding for placed candidates.
• Maintain recruitment records in the ATS and CRM systems.
