Placements24 is actively seeking an experienced Industrial Recruitment Specialist in Pretoria, Gauteng. You will source and place skilled and unskilled labour for manufacturing, logistics, and engineering clients, understanding client needs and delivering effective recruitment solutions.

You will manage the full recruitment cycle, build strong client relationships, conduct screenings, and stay current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience in the industrial sector.
• Experience recruiting for roles from warehouse staff to engineers.
• Strong understanding of Gauteng's industrial and manufacturing landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver''s license and willingness to travel occasionally.
• Experience with high-volume recruitment is advantageous.
• HR or Industrial Psychology background is a plus.
