The role requires deep knowledge of the industrial job market, excellent communication, and negotiation skills, with the freedom to work in a hybrid model across the Northern Cape.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience in the industrial sector.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, logistics, and operations recruitment.
• Strong communication, negotiation and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy client portfolio.
• Familiarity with the Northern Cape industrial landscape is advantageous.
