Placements24 is a Pretoria-based recruitment consultancy seeking an Industrial Recruitment Consultant to manage placements in manufacturing, logistics, and operations. The role operates in a flexible hybrid model, balancing time between the Pretoria office and remote work to drive productive partnerships within the industrial sector.

You will source and assess candidates for plant managers, engineers and skilled trades, while building strong client relationships and staying informed on industry

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment consultancy, with a focus on industrial or technical roles.
• Proven ability to source and attract candidates for skilled trades and operational positions.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and operational environments.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload efficiently.
