The ideal candidate has 2+ years of recruitment experience in industrial or manufacturing roles, excellent communication, and a proactive, relationship-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
• Proven ability to source and place candidates in roles such as production managers, engineers, technicians, skilled trades, and operations staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong client and candidate engagement.

Responsabilités

• Source, screen and interview candidates for industrial/manufacturing roles.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand hiring needs and operational requirements.
• Manage full recruitment process: job intake, sourcing, interviewing, references, offers.
• Utilize sourcing tools including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Develop understanding of Gauteng's industrial job market and sector trends.
• Achieve and exceed placement and revenue targets.
• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and data hygiene.
