Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering with a strong emphasis on quality control and process improvement in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven experience implementing quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in problem-solving tools and methodologies (e.g., 8D, FMEA).

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify quality deviations and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement robust quality control systems and procedures.
• Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve process capability and reduce defects.
• Monitor key quality and performance metrics, reporting on trends and improvement progress.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to foster a culture of quality excellence.
• Optimize production workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product consistency.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
• Support the implementation of new manufacturing technologies and process upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
