Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in industrial engineering focused on quality assurance and process improvement.
• Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems and tools such as FMEA and Six Sigma.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistics software (e.g., Minitab).
• Excellent communication and team collaboration in a hybrid work setting.
• Lean manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes to identify opportunities for quality improvement.
• Implement and manage quality control systems and SPC.
• Develop and refine SOPs to ensure consistent quality.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement CAPA.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to integrate best practices.
• Design and implement process improvements to reduce waste and boost efficiency.
• Participate in internal and external audits (ISO) and support compliance.
