The ideal candidate has 7+ years in industrial engineering with strong leadership and project management skills; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is highly preferred.

Formación

• Master's or Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in industrial engineering with a focus on operations improvement and project management.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification highly preferred.
• Proven track record of implementing significant operational improvements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and implementation of strategic operations improvement projects.
• Analyze complex production and operational systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to drive sustainable process changes.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for improvement initiatives.
• Train and mentor operational teams on best practices and continuous improvement techniques.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on project outcomes, performance metrics, and operational impact.
