Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced leadership roles.
• Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience leading and delivering large-scale process improvements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the industrial engineering department and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop strategic plans for process optimization, waste reduction and efficiency gains.
• Oversee design/implementation of new production lines and facility layouts.
• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to track performance and project success.
• Mentor engineers and staff on lean principles and problem-solving techniques.
• Collaborate with production, quality, supply chain and management to ensure alignment.
• Manage project budgets, timelines and resources with focus on safety and cost control.
