You will work with production teams and management in a hands-on, hybrid environment, develop SOPs, monitor KPIs, and help select new equipment and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering focused on manufacturing operations.
• Proven ability to analyze complex manufacturing systems and implement effective solutions.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen) is desirable.
• Proficiency in data analysis and CAD is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analyses of manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for cost reduction.
• Design, develop, and implement new production layouts and workflows to optimize material and personnel movement.
• Utilize statistical methods and data analysis to monitor production performance and identify trends.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with production supervisors and line workers to implement process changes and gather feedback.
• Assist in the selection and implementation of new manufacturing equipment and technologies.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for manufacturing efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the production environment.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to address production challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
