You will work with production and management teams, using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement and optimize scheduling, capacity, and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering focusing on operations analysis and process improvement.
• Proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma principles and tools.
• Experience with data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Minitab) and process mapping tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in efficiency and resource utilization.
• Develop and implement process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and capacity planning to optimize production schedules and resource allocation.
• Create detailed process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement changes, and ensure successful adoption of new processes.
• Monitor the performance of implemented improvements and provide ongoing analysis and recommendations for further optimization.
