Placements24 is seeking an Industrial Engineer to enhance productivity and efficiency across mining support sites. The role blends on-site analysis with remote planning, leveraging lean methods, process Simulation, and data-driven decision making.

The ideal candidate will work with site managers to drive sustainable improvements, develop SOPs, and track KPIs while delivering results within timelines. Remote planning is combined with on-site analysis.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

Analyze current processes and workflows to identify productivity improvements.

Develop and implement lean and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

Use simulation and modeling to design and test optimized procedures.
