Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• 2-4 years of experience in industrial engineering with a focus on production environments.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis and process mapping.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with shop-floor teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production lines to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement lean manufacturing techniques (5S, Kaizen, value stream mapping) to optimize workflows.
• Design and improve workstation layouts and material handling systems for better ergonomics and efficiency.
• Conduct time studies and performance analyses to establish production standards.
• Collaborate with production supervisors and operators to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
• Monitor key production metrics and report on performance, highlighting opportunities for enhanced output in Queenstown.
