Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in an industrial engineering role focused on production.
• Experience applying Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in process mapping and simulation software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork for on-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing production processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase throughput and reduce cycle times.
• Optimize facility layouts, material flow, and workstation design for maximum efficiency.
• Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and improve productivity.
• Collaborate with production supervisors and operators to implement changes and gather feedback.
• Track KPIs related to production efficiency and report on progress.
