Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering required.
• Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement concepts.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the analysis of production processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Collect and analyze operational data to support process improvement initiatives.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques under the guidance of senior staff.
• Participate in plant layout design and workstation analysis.
• Contribute to team projects focused on cost reduction and efficiency gains.
