Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in industrial or process engineering focusing on development and scale-up.
• Experience moving processes from R&D/pilot to full-scale manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Arena or Aspen Plus and data analysis tools.
• Strong Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current manufacturing processes for efficiency, yield, and cost improvements.
• Develop new processes from concept to full-scale production.
• Design experiments to validate parameters and ensure scalable results.
• Collaborate with R&D and operations to ensure manufacturability.
• Create SOPs, process flow diagrams, and equipment specs.
• Oversee installation and validation of new lines and equipment.
• Apply Lean/Six Sigma to reduce waste and variability.
• Model processes and simulations to predict scale-up performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
