You will lead process simulation, data analysis, and project management efforts, collaborate with R&D on pilot projects, and drive innovation with cutting-edge technology in a growing industry.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in process engineering, energy/renewables favored.
• Strong background in process simulation and data analysis.
• Experience with project management and safety standards.
• Knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and mass transfer.
• Proficiency with engineering software and modeling tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing energy production processes to identify improvements in efficiency and sustainability.
• Design and implement new process technologies, equipment, and control systems for renewable energy generation.
• Conduct feasibility studies and develop proposals for process upgrades and new installations.
• Monitor process performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions for optimal output.
• Collaborate with R&D teams on pilot projects and integration of new technologies.
• Ensure all processes adhere to safety regulations and environmental standards.
