Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in industrial engineering focusing on process design and simulation.
• Proven expertise with process simulation software (Arena, AnyLogic, FlexSim).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; translate data into insights.
• Experience in manufacturing or processing operations and lean principles.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and document new industrial processes for agricultural product processing.
• Model and optimize process flows, throughput, and resource utilization using simulation tools.
