Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• 1–3 years of experience in industrial engineering or operations analysis.
• Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles and problem-solving tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct time studies and work measurement to optimize resource allocation.
• Map current state processes and design future state improvements.
• Collaborate with production staff and management to implement operational changes.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various tasks.
• Monitor KPIs and report on operational performance.
• Assist in planning and implementing new equipment or technology in operations.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
