Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an Industrial Engineer focused on Quality and Process Improvement in Queenstown, SA. You will analyze production processes, identify defects, and implement corrective actions to enhance product quality and efficiency.

Collaborating with quality control and production teams, you will drive process control, reduce variability, and ensure adherence to quality standards in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and SPC software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes to identify defects and non-conformance.
• Develop and implement SPC measures to monitor quality.
• Lead RCA for quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and update quality control procedures and documentation.
• Collaborate with production teams to train staff on quality standards.
• Track and report on key quality metrics for continuous improvement.
