You will work closely with production, maintenance, and management to resolve operational challenges and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in industrial engineering within manufacturing.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and simulation tools.
• Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with automation, robotics, and PLC systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration across departments.
• Knowledge of MES and ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes, workflows, and plant layouts to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Develop and implement production systems, including automation, robotics, and material handling solutions.
• Conduct time studies, performance analysis, and ergonomic assessments to enhance productivity and safety.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to integrate new products and processes.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for manufacturing processes.
• Assist in selection, installation, and commissioning of new equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and ensure standards compliance.
• Train production personnel on new processes and equipment.
