You will work with production and management to drive continuous improvement, develop SOPs, conduct time studies, and monitor performance metrics to deliver tangible gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in process improvement initiatives in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of lean, Six Sigma, and statistical analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab) and process-mapping software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project-management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes, identify bottlenecks, and develop actionable plans for improvement using lean methodologies.
• Implement and manage process improvement projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions for consistency and quality.
• Conduct time studies, workflow analyses, and capacity planning to optimize resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, gain buy-in, and implement solutions.
