Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in industrial engineering or process improvement.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles (5S, Kanban, Poka-Yoke).
• Familiarity with data analysis techniques.
• Understanding of production planning and control systems.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing production processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for optimization.
• Implement and champion lean manufacturing techniques and tools across the plant floor.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Collect and analyze production data to monitor performance, identify trends, and report on key metrics.
