Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering with proven lean manufacturing implementation.
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence change.
- Experience in hybrid work environment balancing remote and on-site collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing strategies, including value stream mapping, 5S, Kaizen events, and Kanban systems.
- Analyze production processes to identify and eliminate waste, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operational departments.
- Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure process consistency and quality.
- Train and mentor production teams on lean principles and best practices.
- Monitor KPIs related to efficiency, cost, and quality.
