Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Business, Sales, Electronics, Engineering, Security Technology or related field.
• 5–8 years of sales or technical sales experience in electronic security.
• Proven experience with Intrusion Detection Systems, Access Control, CCTV or integrated security solutions.
• Demonstrated success in developing distribution networks and channel partnerships.
• Strong understanding of the Indian electronic security market and key stakeholders.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication and relationship management skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute strategic business development plan to grow IDS market presence in India.
• Identify, engage, and onboard high-potential security distributors, channel partners and regional dealers.
• Target key decision-makers within intrusion security companies, CMS, distributors, installers, SI’s, consultants and end-users across sectors.
• Lead negotiations and close new opportunities to achieve revenue growth.
• Develop partnerships with distributors, system integrators and installation partners.
• Ensure partner training on products, sales, and technical aspects.
