Job summary

Hikvision South Africa is seeking a System Integrator (SI) Development, Maintenance and Management professional to grow a key SI customer base and promote Hikvision solutions. You will coordinate with product and marketing to tailor strategies for major customers and lead initiatives across regions with a strong focus on relationship building and sales targets.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years working experiences in CCTV, Access Control, Alarm, etc (Security hardware related industry) and worked as project manager or specialist in Manufacturers or SI is better.
• Have great experience in creating, developing and managing relationships with Large System integrator.
• With Passionate and Sales Driven

• Ability to work independently
• Good communication skills, both orally and in writing
• Strong team spirit
• Have worked with people who have different culture background
• have network in logistic and fleet management will be a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Deal and support Key SI according to the classification and division, establish and grow SI customer base from Assigned KPI.
• Regularly communicate with Key Customers to promote long-term cooperation and customer satisfaction through business visit, training, daily communication and interactions.
• Improve Share of Wallet of Hikvision products and create demand for Hikvision in Key customer.
• Understand the organizational structure and requirements of customers to establish and improve customer profile.
• Provide training and other sales support to satisfy customer’s business opportunities.
• Collect feedback of SI’s procurement channels and communicate with Channel Sales Team to promote ND resolving related issues.
• Meet or exceed sales target and develop further business
• Focus on budget analysis, competitiveness and decision chain to classify and recognize Business opportunities
• Establish and implement strategy of key business opportunities.
• Weekly review and follow up the business opportunities to plan.
• Work with BD team for large or cross-regional opportunities, report and share the information and challenges during the project execution.
