Placements24 seeks a motivated Programme Officer to design, implement, and monitor social impact initiatives in Mahikeng and surrounding North West province. You will collaborate with NGOs, government departments, and community leaders to ensure effective delivery while balancing on-site engagement and remote logistics management.

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and in a hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in programme management, preferably within the non-profit or development sector.
• Strong understanding of social issues and development frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of social impact programmes from design to evaluation.
• Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the North West region.
• Manage programme budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
• Monitor programme activities, collect data, and prepare comprehensive impact reports.
