Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in non-profit or social development sector.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, budgeting, and regulatory compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Manage project execution adhering to timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate and lead project teams including staff, volunteers, and external partners.
• Engage with community members, local government, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular status reports to senior management.
• Oversee project budgets and financial accountability.
• Evaluate outcomes and document lessons learned.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and organizational policies.
