Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage incident response recovery efforts from start to finish.
  • Reduce client downtime by managing incidents outside traditional hours.
  • Document, track, and manage project tasks and tickets.
  • Serve as an escalation point for technical questions.
  • Deliver world-class service to clients.
