Job summary

Clicks Group Limited is seeking a dedicated front-line retail team member at our Centurion store to support point-of-sale operations, promotions, and customer engagement. You will ensure accurate cash handling, assist customers with clubcard enrollment, and help maintain store merchandising.

The ideal candidate has strong numeracy, excellent customer focus, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Desirable: basic maths and Grade 12 with English and Maths.

Qualifications

• Basic maths calculations.
• Retail/FMCG background and understanding of merchandising and promotions principles.
• Understanding of stock management procedures.
• Knowledge of customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently execute all operational activities at the point of sale in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain high accuracy when scanning merchandise and collecting payment, including clubcard rewards.
• Ensure safe handling of cash at all times.
• Promote Clicks' clubcard and enroll new members to hit targets.
• Make customers aware of promotions to boost sales and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Deliver superior customer service as a brand ambassador with a friendly, professional approach.
• Maintain merchandising and housekeeping standards according to store and visual guidelines.
• Support the Group's vision to be the first choice health and beauty retailer by living company values.
