Job summary

OneCart PTY in Mossel Bay is seeking an in-store Personal Shopper. You will advise customers, prepare orders for delivery, and handle in-person payments while maintaining exceptional service.

The role requires excellent English, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site during business hours. Previous retail experience is valued and you will be part of a dynamic team that adds value to the shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Matric required.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be based in Mossel Bay area or nearby.
• Must be able to type in full sentences.

Responsibilities

• Help customers make the best purchases by providing advice, guidance, and excellent customer service.
• Support customers by fulfilling placed orders and making payments in person.
• Respond promptly and effectively to customers' complaints and requests.
• Advise customers on substitutes for dated, discontinued, or unavailable products.
• Report customer issues, supply shortages, and inferior products to Management immediately.
• Engage with customers and ensure any special instructions are followed.
• Ensure orders are accurately selected, scanned, and packed.
• Assist with order collection, packaging, loading, and payment, where required.
• Keep track of product offerings and availability.
• Collaborate with store departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Consistently manage priorities to achieve deliverables.
• Follow lawful instructions from your supervisor.
• Be an active team member and support other colleagues.
• Live and demonstrate the Company's values.
