Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing retail sales environment.
• Proven face-to-face sales experience and targets achievement.
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage customers on the retail floor.
• Identify opportunities and start conversations with customers.
• Ask questions to understand needs and promote insurance solutions.
• Explain Dis-Chem Life funeral and life insurance products simply.
• Guide customers through digital quotation, application and verification.
• Maintain accurate records and complete compliance documentation.
• Work with store teams to generate referrals and achieve sales targets.
