2+ years proven experience in a customer-facing retail sales environment.
Face-to-face sales experience with a focus on customer engagement or promotions.
Ability to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Proactively engage customers on the store floor to create sales opportunities.
Identify suitable conversations and ask questions to understand needs and financial concerns.
Introduce and explain Dis-Chem Life insurance solutions in simple language.
Guide customers through the digital quotation, application and verification process.
Maintain accurate records and complete required customer documentation.
Achieve sales, conversion, and activity targets.
