Qualifications

• 2+ years proven experience in a customer-facing retail sales environment.
• Demonstrated success in face-to-face sales, promotions or consultative selling.
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage customers on the retail floor to identify opportunities.
• Promote and explain Dis-Chem Life insurance solutions in simple terms.
• Guide customers through the digital quotation, application and verification process.
• Maintain accurate records and complete all required documentation.
